Cancellation Policy

In Person Appointments

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00.

Cancellation Notice: Clients are requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. 

Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours' before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee will be charged. If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged a no-show fee. 

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact the salon within 24 hours of the appointment. Appointments are allowed to be rescheduled only one time. Anything less than 24 hours' can result in a lost deposit. Late Arrivals: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can cause delays, but arriving excessively late for your appointment may result in a shortened service, depending on the salon's schedule. In such cases, the cancellation policy may apply. 

Please be advised- cancellation/ no show fees do not include deposits taken. Any deposits taken for appointments are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
